Introduction

Viajes Falabella is the travel agency distinguished for its innovator profile and its excellent user service. Here's the website design to promote one of its luxury service, where the users could find, customize and book travel experiences.

First approach

User personas building

To define the structure of the website, it was necessary to create several user profiles. It allowed us to understand the specific needs of the target audience and to compose a better interaction flow for every user task. Information about their daily activities and social status, provided some guidelines about the tone of the content and the navigation structure.

Moodboards collection

It was created in order to stablish a visual key with the client to started the graphic elements of the website's look and feel. Thanks to this every step of the project was always approved, optimizing the workflow and making more realistic the relation between initial expectations with the final product.

Step by step

The personalization of the services by the final user was structured to be clear and intuitive. Five sections were designed to accomplish this requirement, grouping the information according to its relevance.

Responsive layout

Through the personas we discovered that an important part of the users navigate from mobile devices. The focus of the project was highly centered on the adaptability of the elements in mobile displays as well as the content organization.
